South Florida PBS kicks off Independence Day weekend with A Capitol Fourth: 250th Weekend Celebration, featuring patriotic performances, spectacular fireworks, and a tribute to America's 250th anniversary.

Continue the celebration with America Made in Virginia: 250 Years, exploring the people, places, and events that helped shape our nation's history.

Throughout the month, South Florida PBS commemorates America's 250th anniversary with compelling documentaries celebrating the nation's history and resilience, including American Experience: FDR, a special marathon presentation of The American Revolution, and America the Bountiful: America's 250th Anniversary Special.
Viewers can also enjoy Legacy on a Plate: The Restaurants That Built South Florida, a South Florida PBS original hosted by Chef Michelle Bernstein that celebrates the iconic restaurants, flavors, and traditions that define our region's culinary heritage.
