ON THE TOWN IN THE PALM BEACHES “EXPLORING THE WILD WESTERN COMMUNITIES” SCREENING

In the finale episode of seaon 7 of On the Town, host Frank Licari leaves the big cities behind as he heads west to check out some of the hidden gems that feature a small-town appeal. From an exhilarating airboat ride to enjoying southern cooking and fishing in Lake O, join Frank as he explores what makes the western communities so special.

FILM-MAKER SEASON 6 SCREENING & TALK BACK 

Join us at Savor Cinema Fort Lauderdale for an exciting evening of film screenings and discussions with talented filmmakers. The event will open with a pre-screening cocktail reception complete with live music and a fun photobooth activation. (Postponed from original date due to inclement weather).

 We'll be screening a highlights reel of all nine of our season 6 winning films followed by a talk-back with our filmmakers hosted by Melissa Harmon. Join us for an exciting evening of cinema and culture . See you there!

THE DOO WOP PROJECT IN CONCERT

Featuring stars from Broadway’s Jersey Boys, Motown: The Musical, and A Bronx Tale, The Doo Wop Project recreates and reimagines the greatest music in American pop and rock history, from the Crests, Belmonts, and Flamingos, to the vocal artistry of Smokey Robinson, The Temptations, and The Four Seasons, all the way to “DooWopified” versions of modern hits by Michael Jackson, Jason Mraz and Maroon 5.

Experience the best Beatles tribute ever with The Fab Four! With their uncanny, note-for-note live renditions of Beatles’ classics, you’ll think you’re watching the real thing!  This year’s concert features a performance of the “Meet the Beatles” album in its entirety, as well as the Beatles’ greatest hits.
