Miami, FL – South Florida PBS (WPBT, WXEL, & Health Channel) Looking for something to do next Friday afternoon? Join South Florida PBS at Drive Shack in West Palm Beach at 6pm for the premiere of On the Town in The Palm Beaches: Fitness Adventures! Explore The Palm Beaches’ healthy spots and exciting fitness fun with host Frank Licari as he checks out healthy restaurants, fun ways to exercise, and more.

Get ready to break a sweat and be inspired to lead a healthier, more active lifestyle as Frank Licari takes you on a fitness adventure throughout the Palm Beaches. Join Frank, and along with him, test your endurance while uncovering some healthy food options to stay fueled! Frank tries his hand at rowing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, belly dancing, running and more on his quest to find all the best healthy spots in The Palm Beaches.

Enjoy free food, drinks, golf, and games at Drive Shack during the reception. Guests will be the first to watch the premiere of the latest On the Town in The Palm Beaches installment and can ask Frank and South Florida PBS producers questions during an interactive Q&A after the screening. Don’t miss the broadcast premiere of On the Town in The Palm Beaches: Fitness Adventures on Wednesday, February 14th at 10:30PM on WPBT and Sunday, February 18th at 10:30PM on WXEL.
