Explore The Palm Beaches’ healthy spots and exciting fitness fun with host Frank Licari as he checks out healthy restaurants, fun ways to exercise, and more.
Get ready to break a sweat and be inspired to lead a healthier, more active lifestyle as Frank Licari takes you on a fitness adventure throughout the Palm Beaches. Join Frank, and along with him, test your endurance while uncovering some healthy food options to stay fueled! Frank tries his hand at rowing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, belly dancing, running and more on his quest to find all the best healthy spots in The Palm Beaches.
